  "Description": "We designed this package to provides several functions for\narea and subarea level of small area estimation under Twofold\nSubarea Level Model using hierarchical Bayesian (HB) method\nwith Univariate Normal distribution for variables of interest.\nSome dataset simulated by a data generation are also provided.\nThe 'rjags' package is employed to obtain parameter estimates\nusing Gibbs Sampling algorithm. Model-based estimators involves\nthe HB estimators which include the mean, the variation of\nmean, and the quantile.
